My Biography

Franki Colbert is a seasoned leader in HR technology, workforce strategy, and organizational agility, with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformation. She has led SaaS product management efforts, delivered enterprise HCM/ERP implementations, shaped workforce strategy, and directed company operations. She brings a rare combination of strategic vision and operational know-how, with a consistent record of translating complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

She managed large-scale HCM projects at ADP and SAP SuccessFactors and led product strategy at Vurv Technology and NEOGOV. These experiences gave her the opportunity to introduce agile practices, mentor new project managers, and deliver cloud-based solutions that reshaped talent and performance systems across multiple industries, including technology, public sector, and professional services.

Franki also brings a unique perspective from her time as Co-Owner and Vice President of Pino Napoli Tile & Granite, where she built the company’s organizational infrastructure, implemented collaborative digital systems, created sales and compensation programs, and developed staff at every level. Under her leadership, the company achieved more than $8 million in revenue growth, giving her first-hand experience in what it takes to lead from the front lines.

Earlier roles at CARE USA gave Franki hands-on experience with global HRIS and ERP systems, including managing the implementation of the Lawson ERP/HRIS platform and CARE’s international learning portal. This early responsibility for system deployment and workforce development established the technical and strategic foundation she continues to apply in her work today.

Throughout her career, Franki has been recognized for her ability to unite technology and people strategy with organizational agility. She is skilled at creating clarity from complexity, aligning stakeholders, and designing processes that endure. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and certifications in Product Management and Product Marketing Management (CPM, CPMM).

Currently, Franki serves as an Implementation Project Manager at Trusaic, where she leads pay equity projects for some of the world’s largest organizations. In this role, she guides clients from discovery to delivery, leading cross-functional teams, designing agile processes, and ensuring that technical systems and people strategies remain aligned. Her work at Trusaic combines her fluency in HR technology with her commitment to building fair, future-ready workplaces.

From the boardroom to the project team to the shop floor, Franki brings an integrated perspective. She understands the realities of leading employees, the complexities of implementing enterprise systems, and the strategic levers that help organizations adapt and thrive in a changing world of work.
