Franki Colbert is an operations and organizational agility leader specializing in implementation excellence, workforce technology, and scalable business transformation. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations improve execution, increase delivery predictability, and build the governance and operating frameworks necessary to support growth, innovation, and long-term success.

With experience spanning enterprise software, workforce strategy, implementation leadership, and business operations, Franki brings a unique ability to connect strategic objectives with disciplined execution. She is recognized for designing governance models, optimizing delivery processes, establishing performance measurement frameworks, and creating executive visibility that enables organizations to make informed decisions and scale effectively.

Franki has led large-scale HCM and ERP implementations with organizations including ADP and SAP SuccessFactors and has held leadership roles in product strategy and organizational transformation at Vurv Technology and NEOGOV. Throughout these experiences, she introduced agile methodologies, established standardized delivery practices, mentored project and implementation leaders, and drove initiatives that improved organizational effectiveness across technology, public sector, and professional services environments.

Her leadership experience extends beyond technology organizations. As Co-Owner and Vice President of Pino Napoli Tile & Granite, Franki built the company’s organizational infrastructure, implemented collaborative business systems, developed workforce and compensation programs, and established scalable processes that supported significant business growth. Under her leadership, annual revenue increased from $3 million to $8 million, providing firsthand experience in operational planning, organizational development, and business execution.

Earlier in her career at CARE USA, Franki managed global HRIS and ERP initiatives, including the implementation of the Lawson ERP/HRIS platform and the organization’s international learning portal. These experiences established the foundation for her expertise in enterprise systems, workforce operations, and large-scale organizational change.

Today, Franki serves as an Operations Analytics Manager at Trusaic, where she leads implementation operations through analytics, governance, portfolio planning, and continuous improvement. She develops scalable delivery frameworks, drives portfolio visibility, oversees implementation performance and capacity planning, and partners cross-functionally to align execution with organizational priorities and growth objectives. Her work enhances delivery predictability, operational maturity, and customer outcomes through data-driven decision-making and agile operating practices.

Throughout her career, Franki has built a reputation for bringing structure to complexity, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives, and creating sustainable operating models that enable organizations to adapt and thrive.
